We run a drop-in clinic for litigants-in-person who have a case listed before the winding up court on Wednesdays. We operate from 9.30am (Wednesdays only) in consultation room 17, second floor, Rolls Building.
We can assist with the following matters:
1. Representation before the winding up court;
2. Legal advice on making or responding to a winding up petition;
3. What will happen after a winding up order is made;
4. How to apply for a validation order, rescission/appeal of a winding up order;
5. Provide you with guides on how to make any of the applications above and how to write a witness statement.
